Food-cart Revolution

Have you ever eaten from sidewalk food vendor? What about about a parking lot full of food-cart vendors where you can choose from a wide variety of foods from all over the world? Well this will soon be a reality in downtown Tucson for lunch and late night snacks!

The Portland, Oregon concept of "food pods" (taken from open-air food markets in the Middle East and Asia) brings together vendors into a food court style space, where hungry patrons can sample cuisines including French, Japanese, Chinese, Greek, Mexican, Peruvian, Thai, and many, many more. These pods are becoming "must-see" spots for tourists and locals alike, as they gain popularity all over the US.

Look out for the Tucson location soon! If you are an interested vendor, please leave your contact information as a comment or contact us by phone or email through the link on the right.
