Open House!

Have you been too busy to schedule a viewing of the Market Inn? Well you don't have to worry anymore because we are holding a number of open houses in the coming weeks to showcase this amazing property. They will take place from 11am-1pm July 1st and July 6th-9th.

The Market Inn is located at 403 N 6th Ave, on the corner of 6th Ave and 7th St, which puts it in the perfect location just inside Tucson's stunning Arts Warehouse District and 2 blocks from bustling 4th Ave. The space features 8,000 sq ft, which can be divided into individual lots based on your needs and budget, as well as air conditioning, huge windows, individual bathrooms, and both concrete and hardwood flooring. The building provides versatile areas that can be used for retail, workspace, a gallery or event space. The possibility are endless. We greatly encourage you to check out the Market Inn website here then stop by one of our many open houses next week between 11 and 1 to take a look in person!

Food Carts!

This weekend is, of course, the 4th of July! While you're out and about looking for a spot to watch to fireworks on A mountain, check out the parking lot at the Tucson Convention Center (off Granada between Congress and Cushing St) for great views of both A mountain and Hi-Corbit Field as well as yummy food from the food cart vendors! Peach Properties is still planning an evening and late-night food cart lot at 119 E Toole in the heart of Downtown Tucson. So while you're there, don't forget to tell the vendors about Peach or grab a card from them and pass on the information to us!

Summer Time!

As many of you may know, Monday marked the first day of summer. For us Tucsonians, that means even hotter temperatures, the long awaited monsoon season and much more time spent indoors trying to escape both the heat and the crazy thunderstorms. But why let this summer go to waste?

Instead, make this year the time when you are going to finally showcase your talents to the world! Peach Properties have a variety of spaces available for rent where you can display your paintings, sculptures, clothes, furniture, or whatever else it is that you want. Please visit our website then contact Patricia Schwabe at patriciaschwabe@gmail.com or call the office at (520) 789-3331 to schedule a viewing or discuss your options.

Conrad Wilde Gallery

We love the tenants of our Peach Property building since they each add something amazing to Tucson's downtown culture. The Conrad Wilde Gallery is one of the tenants of the Firestone Building (picture above on the corner of 6th St and 6th Ave). Through June and July, they are featuring art by one of their represented artists, Emilia Arana in an exhibition titled "Poetics". The name comes from Arana's influences of music and literature and her belief that painting, like poetry, should subtly suggest one's voice instead of stating it outright. An example of her work from the press release can be seen below. "Poetics" will be shown at the Conrad Wilde Gallery, 439 N 6th Ave, until July 31st. The gallery is open Friday and Saturday from 11am - 5pm and also by appointment.

The Gallery also takes submissions from local arts and holds classes with guest teachers. Check out their website for more information.
